How to Latch Baby at the Breast

Healthy full term babies are born with all the reflexes they need to latch on your breast. Lay down bare breast in a semi reclined position and watch this little miracle. This is the most physiological position for latching. To avoid nipple pain in the first few weeks, and give a chance to your newborn to improve his/her latch, spend as much time as you can with your baby in this position.
